Staff Global Supply Manager - Indirect

📋 Description

• Lead indirect procurement for software, SaaS, services, IT, and contingent labor
• Develop global sourcing strategies; run RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
• Manage a scalable indirect spend portfolio and procurement infrastructure
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT, and People to align priorities
• Drive process improvements and ensure policy compliance
• Build supplier relationships and manage vendor risk

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years strategic sourcing or procurement experience
• Focus on software/SaaS; other indirect categories
• Proven success negotiating with multiple stakeholders
• Experience delivering cost savings or value improvements
• Strong analytical skills: cost modeling, TCO
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exec audiences
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech firms
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
• Knowledge of SaaS contracts: MSAs, SOWs, NDAs
• Bachelor's degree in related field
