📋 Description

• Own the structural metal weldments category at Form, including commercial relationships and
• Collaborate closely with Form’s Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering and Strategic Supply teams to
• Negotiate and secure favorable commercial terms, including pricing, lead times, and risk
• Monitor current category market conditions, evaluating supplier capacities and competitive
• Ensure Form is working with best-in-class suppliers and mitigating risks by rigorously analyzing

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years experience in strategic sourcing and/or category management within a dynamic
• Experience in welded / fabricated structural metal assemblies including welding processes (MIG
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and IP concepts
• Fact-based, detail-oriented, data-driven decision making along with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; an optimistic, high-energy 'people person' with
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate cross-functionally on multiple tasks and
