Staff Growth Manager, English-Speaking Markets

📋 Description

• Design, launch and scale new pilots aimed at strengthening Reddit’s ecosystem of users, communities
• Coordinate interventions across Community and cross-functional teams to address constraints
• Develop and deploy repeatable ecosystem growth strategies to help priority communities reach and
• Define success metrics and evaluation plans to distinguish intervention-driven impact from
• Partner with Product and adjacent teams to translate successful manual interventions into scalable
• Serve as strategic point of contact for ecosystem-growth opportunities across English-speaking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in user growth, community growth, product operations or market expansion
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong execution skills, and ability to move from ambiguous opportunities
• Strong blend of operational, growth, data, and community/content expertise
• Experience developing strategies across multiple markets, verticals or user ecosystems
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL
