Staff Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a core growth domain within Car end to end, from spotting the opportunity to shipping it live
• Take on the biggest, hardest problems in car insurance to spark hyper-growth
• Surface strategy to reach targets and align leadership around it
• Form the vision and roadmap, drive execution across Car's teams to production
• Connect growth: UX, pricing, marketing, regulation, data, segmentation, trends
• Build AI-native experiences that improve service, including autonomous-car insurance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, ideally at a startup or product-led company
• Track record owning strategy end to end, aligning leadership, shipping to production
• Deep growth experience across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to turn messy data into clear decisions, working with data analytics
• The communication and influence to align stakeholders across an entire organization
• A hands-on, execution-focused mindset that stays close to the work through launch and beyond
