Staff GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop AI-powered GTM solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders
• Automate revenue processes including data enrichment, lead scoring, and routing
• Build integrations and internal tools using Python scripts and APIs
• Evaluate and implement AI and automation technologies like OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, Tray
• Establish reliable, scalable AI infrastructure with governance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience applying business strategy to GTM challenges in Revenue Operations, Sales, Consulting
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integrations for SaaS
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to business workflows and infrastructure
• Knowledge of data enrichment, revenue automation, and sales intelligence tools
• Familiarity with platforms like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Demandbase, LeadIQ
• Experience deploying internal tools using AWS, GCP, Retool, Streamlit, Slack bots, Git, vector
