Staff Hardware System Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop manufacturing test systems for AI hardware at scale.
• Create test content, diagnostics, and test software for host processors, servers, and multi-node
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to improve test coverage and
• Influence engineering decisions and raise testing standards across silicon, boards, and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions for high‑performance servers or
• Strong knowledge of Linux and hands‑on OpenBMC, vendor test tools, and diagnostics.
• Hands‑on software engineering with scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and ability to lead complex debug/root‑cause analyses.
• Familiarity with rack‑scale/multi‑node systems, high‑speed interconnects, and production
• Knowledge of open‑source tools used for manufacturing test and system bring‑up.
