Staff Hardware Test Engineer (Manufacturing)

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, development, validation, and deployment of automated test equipment (ATE)
• Develop and establish scalable automated test methodologies and applications using Python to
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Hardware, Firmware, Manufacturing, and Quality engineering
• Lead complex and ambiguous manufacturing test investigations, structuring problems, identifying
• Own manufacturing test readiness and outcomes through factory bring-up and production ramp with
• Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify systemic opportunities and deliver measurable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical
• 10+ years of experience developing hardware test systems, automated test equipment, or
• Demonstrated experience independently owning manufacturing test strategy and execution from product
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous technical initiatives and drive outcomes across
• Deep understanding of electronics, instrumentation, measurement systems, and communication
• Experience designing electronic circuits and PCBAs using tools such as Altium Designer.
