📋 Description

Define board-level validation plans from requirements
Develop validation methods: functional, electrical, thermal, and reliability
Perform hands-on tests on prototype and production hardware
Analyze failures and drive corrective actions
Collaborate with ODMs to align plans and reports

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related
7+ years board-level hardware validation experience
Experience with PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, MIPI, SPI, I2C, UART
Hands-on labInstrumentation and measurement techniques
Experience with ODMs/contract manufacturers
Strong debugging and root-cause analysis
