Staff Harness Engineer

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle PCBA designs from concept to flight readiness.
• Work cross-functionally with RF, mechanical, software, FPGA/SoC, and operations teams.
• Deliver high-reliability, space-ready electronics to orbit.
• Guide EE team on special topics and present across disciplines for reviews.
• Define test plans and verification strategies for flight readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting harnesses
• Experience with designing and maintaining systems from concept to product lifecycle
• Knowledge of PCBA’s and collaborating with electrical design engineers to define harnessing requirements
• Understanding RF cabling, components, and testing
• Excellent organizational skills and strong documentation habits
