Staff HR Operations & Technology Analyst

📋 Description

• Own Workday and HR Operations domains end to end
• Diagnose problems, set priorities, drive cross-functional decisions
• Hands-on Workday configuration, testing, reporting, and optimization
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal to translate needs
• Lead HR service delivery with intake, triage, SLAs, knowledge mgmt
• Design better workflows, ownership, SOPs, and self-service options

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in HR operations, HR technology, or People Ops
• Deep Workday experience with configuration, testing, security, reporting
• Strong HR lifecycle knowledge: benefits, payroll touchpoints, compensation, data governance
• Builder mindset for scalable operating models and processes
• Staff-level contributor with end-to-end problem ownership
• Ability to move from strategy to execution with governance and details
