Staff HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as key subject matter expert and super admin for UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping, managing
• Serve as technical owner for CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Absorb, Enboarder, HR Acuity, and other HR
• Champion an AI-forward approach to HR technology, evaluating and implementing automated workflows
• Maintain timekeeping rules, pay codes, accruals, schedules, and time off policies, aligned with
• Manage user permissions, security roles, access, and system settings, and provide technical support
• Plan, test, and deploy changes, upgrades, new modules, and custom integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of related HRIS experience
• Advanced working knowledge of UKG Pro and other HRIS systems
• Advanced working knowledge of UKG Ready Timekeeping
• Led a system implementation or major rollout
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
