Staff Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Lead key workstreams of the quarterly earnings process, including messaging, scripts, questions and
• Gather insights from research and development, Product, Sales, and other business leaders to
• Own relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community, monitor analyst models and
• Prepare the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CFO, and other executives for investor meetings
• Analyze peer and competitor earnings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and
• Track GitLab's shareholder base and recommend investor targeting strategies to expand and maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective
• Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations.
• Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure practices.
• Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, experience with IR and market data platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an all-remote, asynchronous-first
