📋 Description

• Drive the technical direction of the iOS platform for long-term scalability, performance
• Design and deliver high-impact iOS features and systems balancing short-term needs with platform
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, design, data, backend, and Android teams.
• Improve iOS engineering practices: code quality, testing, and development processes.
• Mentor iOS engineers and contribute to technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Use data and user feedback to inform decisions and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional iOS development experience with ownership of large-scale apps.
• Previous Staff iOS Engineer experience or equivalent with impact beyond features.
• Strong product sensitivity and deep platform-level technical expertise.
• Proven experience improving iOS app globally (architecture, performance, tooling, processes).
• Ability to investigate and drive solutions to complex problems across teams.
• Mentoring experience and promoting better technical practices.
