Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build and deploy production-grade ML/AI systems for analytics and product.
• Develop end-to-end ML workflows from data prep to model deployment and monitoring.
• Build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Design semantic data models enabling accurate, scalable analytics across the org.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture and standards across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Engineering and Machine Learning roles.
• 3+ years deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong Python and SQL with modern ML frameworks/tools.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines with Snowflake, Databricks.
• Understanding semantic layer design, MLOps, and data modeling for CI/CD.
• Experience building data products with LLMs, embeddings, forecasting or recommender systems.
