Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple ML/AI projects and align with business goals.
• Own and architect end-to-end ML solutions; integrate models into apps.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts with Engineering and PMs for scalable AI.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across the ML team.
• Drive strategic decisions and broad organizational impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in industry; 5+ yrs in AI/ML; lead design/deploy of ML models
• Proficient in Python; TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience with HuggingFace; fine-tuning transformers (BERT, RoBERTa, DeBERTa)
• Cloud/data tools: Azure, Databricks, Spark; Pandas
• Strong collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional teams
• Architect end-to-end ML solutions; align with business goals
