📋 Description

• Build the AI layer of the CPQ platform — Python services for natural language configuration
• Run multiple production agent architectures concurrently (ReAct-style tool-calling agents
• Own the design of agentic systems: state management, tool boundaries, streaming protocols
• Support multi-agent orchestration with LangGraph/LangChain over frontier LLMs when needed
• Lead development of the Harness: a from-scratch, async agent execution runtime with full-duplex
• Decide MCP-first vs. Harness-first for agent interactions with platform systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production software, several years shipping LLM-powered / agentic systems (not
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Deep hands-on expertise with LangGraph and/or LangChain (or the judgment to hand-roll alternatives)
• Strong understanding of MCP — ideally built an MCP server
• Production async Python (FastAPI, asyncio), comfortable with WebSockets, streaming, long-lived
• Track record of architecture decisions on agent systems (tool boundaries, context/state design
