Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and train ML models for large-scale online ads ranking.
• Lead high-dimensional embeddings and cross-session contextual signals.
• Drive end-to-end model lifecycle: architecture, experiments, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, data, and infra teams to scale modeling.
• Perform advanced experiments and causal analysis to inform decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor ML engineers; set standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala; plus C++, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with major ML frameworks; applied statistics and online experiment design.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and deployment of production systems.
• Designing and training advanced models (deep nets, transformers, RL) and knowledge of RTB.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship; ability to shape standards.
