🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years developing and deploying models in cloud-based production, with Python, SQL, Git, Docker.
• Deep experience in supervised learning on tabular data; feature engineering and handling class
• Model monitoring, drift detection, and responsible experimentation practices.
• Strong statistical thinking; ability to decompose metric changes and defend conclusions.
• Excellent communication; able to explain technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Product-oriented with a focus on measurable impact and reliable, real-world solutions.
