🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, Statistics, or related field.
6+ years building production ML systems at scale (Search/Recommendations/Ranking).
2+ years leading technical projects or teams.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to speed up workflows and outputs.
Experience with Cursor, Copilot, Codex, or similar AI coding assistants.
Strong mathematical foundation and experience with statistics and A/B testing.
