📋 Description

• Architect and implement state-of-the-art generative workflows for advertising creative, moving
• Build end-to-end image and video editing capabilities, including smart cropping, inpainting
• Fine-tune large language and vision-language models to better understand high-performing
• Explore reinforcement learning approaches such as RLHF and RLPF to improve generative advertising
• Design and implement robust safety, compliance, brand-protection, and copyright safeguards
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Policy, UX, and related Ads ML teams to integrate creative

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on machine learning expertise spanning areas such as tree-based models, neural networks
• Strong quantitative and experimentation skills, including familiarity with uplift metrics
• Solid understanding of advertising or marketplace dynamics, including auction mechanisms
• Demonstrated experience developing or leading ad creative technologies such as headline generators
• Strong product and business judgment, with a bias toward action and the ability to operate
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated machine learning

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $230,000–$322,000 USD, with final compensation determined by factors including
