Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic App Platform

📋 Description

• Build an extensive product infra with UX for engineers to customize generative AI models
• Design scalable API abstractions for a cross-client platform (Teams, Slack, Web)
• Optimize the dialog engine for privacy, cloud delivery, and multilingual translation
• Promote coding best practices, scalability, and robust design
• Provide visibility into performance with logging, tracing, and metrics
• Collaborate with ML engineers, application engineers, product teams, and support

🎯 Requirements

• CS/software eng foundation with experience building scalable systems
• Strong API design skills and code quality leadership
• Experience in tracing, logging, metrics; optimize latency and throughput
• Ability to independently research and deliver rapid iterations
• Strong cross-functional communication
• Bachelor's in CS or related field; 7+ years building scalable systems
