Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision

📋 Description

• Prototype state-of-the-art visual encoders for recommender systems and visual LMs.
• Experiment with billion-scale datasets using large-scale GPUs.
• Build flexible visual tools: image retrieval, detection/segmentation, and embeddings.
• Read research papers, discuss, and shape our visual generative strategy.
• Collect visual instruction data for multimodal representations.
• Publish and share your work through conferences, papers, and blogs.

🎯 Requirements

• Research engineers with experience building and training CV models.
• Experience with multimodal representations and visual language modeling.
• Track record of research contributions or shipping ML models.
• Hands-on with large-scale model training and PyTorch.
• Strong collaboration in a small, fast-moving team.
• MS/PhD in ML or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Publications at top ML conferences.
• Experience using Cursor, Copilot, Codex, or similar AI coding assistants.
