🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in CS/ML/AI or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years software engineering; 3+ years in ML infra (training, scaling, deployment).
• Contributions to ML tooling/frameworks (PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, Ray, etc.).
• Expertise in distributed training, gradient sharding, scaling models.
• Deep understanding of autoregressive transformers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
