📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for cross-team ML projects
• Set tech direction with milestones and quality bars
• Build ML and GenAI systems to improve merchant quality
• Establish evaluation and measurement practices for ML/LLM
• Design scalable, reliable, and safe ML systems
• Mentor engineers and scale ML capability across the org

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in ML/engineering; staff level or equivalent
• Led 0→1 ML/LLM efforts with production impact
• Strong ML-powered systems in ranking/retrieval/commerce
• Hands-on with production LLM/GenAI apps; reliability focus
• Deep experience with evaluation metrics and online/offline alignment
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
