• Own ML platform strategy end-to-end

• A foundation in R&D for fast iteration
• Ability to set ML platform standards across teams
• Experience running deep learning at scale
• Experience building training data warehouses and ML readiness
• Hands-on ML infra: training pipelines, distributed compute, serving, monitoring
• Model monitoring and data quality discipline familiarity
