🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building, shipping, and operating production-grade recommender systems.
• Proficient in Python and ML tooling (PyTorch, pandas, scikit-learn, numpy); pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication; explain complex concepts to leadership.
• Collaborative; works with cross-functional teams; mentors MLEs.
• Experience evaluating models and deciding what to ship.
