📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to Senior Staff Tech Lead Manager
• Lead and define VLM training and data strategies
• Architect scalable inference and evaluation pipelines
• Drive cross-functional AI strategy across ML Infra and Perception
• Provide staff-level technical leadership and roadmap
• Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in CS/AI or related field
• 8+ years DL experience; 3+ years in LLMs or VLMs
• Expert in pre-training data curation and distributed training
• Strong software engineering with Python, PyTorch, or JAX
• Experience with FSDP, Megatron, and large-scale GPU/TPU clusters
• Ability to drive multi-quarter initiatives across teams
