• Staff ML Engineer on Wayve's Measurement team in AI Evaluation
• Based in Sunnyvale office, hybrid policy (office + remote work)
• Adapt on-vehicle models to offline measurement pipelines
• Develop benchmarks and ground truth for validation pipelines
• Collaborate with modelling, evaluation, data curation, and simulation teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML engineering with production DL experience
• CV models experience: transformer-based, multimodal, or VLM
• Fine-tuning large pretrained/foundation models; multi-task training
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch; strong software engineering
• Staff-level technical leadership; measuring model improvement
