📋 Description

• Pursue cutting-edge AI research in biology (cancer, genomics, computational biology).
• Build or fine-tune models to identify disease-related biological changes.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent AI-focused, quantitative field.
• 6+ years postdoc or post-PhD experience with impactful results.
• Proven independent ML/DL research track record in complex data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and R; plus C/C++ knowledge.
• Experience with ML frameworks PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax and HuggingFace.
• Experience with supervised, self-supervised, and contrastive learning.
