📋 Description

• Own ML that decides what message to send, when, and through which channel.
• Lead direction for send-time optimization, propensity modeling, and experiments.
• Write production-grade code; mentor ML scientists; partner with product and data.
• Improve engagement and clinical outcomes at scale.
• Establish rigorous experimentation: multi-arm tests, CUPED, guarding against peeking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Statistics, OR related quantitative field.
• 4+ years building and deploying ML systems in production at consumer scale.
• End-to-end recommendation, ranking, or sequential-decisioning system shipped.
• Fluency in multi-arm tests, sequential testing, CUPED.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PR review and improvement.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and applied statistics.
