Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Soft Goods

📋 Description

• Develop and implement soft goods manufacturing processes (cargo bags, blankets)
• Collaborate with Product Design and Supply Chain to ensure soft goods quality
• Meet production targets (rate, delivery dates) for soft goods
• Lead manufacturing reviews with suppliers and customers
• Ensure designs and systems are manufacturable and reliable
• Coordinate with QA for RCA and issue resolution on quality issues

🎯 Requirements

• NX and TeamCenter proficiency
• GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
• DOE and RCA experience
• Soft goods manufacturing techniques
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
