Staff Manufacturing Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Support NPI development across complex hardware
• Bridge design, test, quality, and supply chain to manufacturing outcomes
• Provide DfM feedback to improve PCB/system design before production
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers during NPI and early volume
• Drive yield improvement and analyze production data
• Travel to Taiwan to work closely with suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fault diagnosis, problem solving, and failure analysis
• PCB assembly processes and lean manufacturing knowledge
• Working knowledge of L10 mechanical design and system build
• Ability to link silicon, package, and PCB for DfM feedback
• Experience with continuous improvement methods: SPC, DOE
• Interpersonal skills for supplier-facing, cross-functional work
