Staff Marketing Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with marketing leadership to define budget allocation strategies and growth opportunities
• Own end-to-end marketing analytics across acquisition, lifecycle, direct mail, partnerships, and
• Develop and enhance measurement approaches (MMM, MTA, incrementality, funnel analysis, ROI).
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks as trusted sources of truth.
• Improve data foundations by collaborating with analytics engineering on data models, definitions
• Translate complex findings into clear exec-level recommendations and cross-functional insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related field.
• Influence marketing strategy and senior stakeholder decisions.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality analysis, experimentation, and ROI modeling.
• Experience across multiple marketing channels and understanding their impact on growth.
• Advanced SQL skills and Python or R for analysis, modeling, or automation.
• Strong data quality mindset and ability to improve analytics infrastructure and reporting
