Staff Marketing Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Apply deep expertise in data structures to define the standards and architecture for data products
• Own data quality issue analysis, resolution action plans, and governance across marketing data
• Work collaboratively and develop relationships with Marketing leadership, including Marketing VPs
• Provide thought leadership and hands-on direction for the most complex problems requiring a data
• Design and oversee scalable dashboards for key marketing KPIs, budget and ROI analysis
• Drive insight generation and influence business decisions by explaining the impact of these

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related field
• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in marketing and/or sales analytics
• Track record of delivering increased marketing effectiveness with measurable return on investment
• Expert analytics capabilities using statistical and business intelligence tools (SQL, Tableau/Power
• Experience with data pipeline and warehouse tools; strong DBT experience required, including
• Experience translating technical terms and explaining complex analysis to business stakeholders
