Staff Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute email channel strategy from end-to end, including: planning, launch, post-test
• Collaborate on email and push notification system architecture with product, engineering
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Design to create and test integrated user
• Manage program performance and track ROI across email and push, identifying trends and reporting
• Drive rigorous A/B testing across creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to scale the program, constantly evaluating systems to look

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a professional setting, working with data and cross functional
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling insights from data to guide strategy and prove
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance against KPIs.
• Excellent collaboration skills - you work well with cross-functional partners and can influence
• Owner mentality with a bias for action.
• AI literate, with ability to wield tools to build on your own.
