📋 Description

  • Partner with vendors and engineers to move materials and designs from prototype to high-volume production.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years in materials science or related field.
  • 3+ years product development moving materials from R&D to high-volume manufacturing; DFM.
  • DOE experience and interpreting datasets using JMP or Minitab.
  • Experience with FMEA and RCA to track and mitigate risks.
  • Clear verbal and written communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
