Complete product ownership from concept development through product release and manufacturing
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, tooling manufacturers, and EMS
Ensure robust, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in design and validation of ruggedized automotive and industrial
Proven expertise in plastic and die-cast enclosure design for Volume Production.
Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling software, preferably SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of electro-mechanical packaging, thermal management, EMI/EMC mitigation
Experience with ECAD-MCAD integration (EMN/EMP, IDF, board-to-mechanical workflows).
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and product industrialisation.
