Lead aircraft systems architecture and packaging across the vehicle.
Manage top-level CAD assemblies, interface control models, airframe development.
Conduct thermal, structural, and weight/balance analyses.
Support prototype build: supply chain, test strategies, procedures.
Provide team leadership: mentoring, timelines, design reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
5 years end-to-end aerospace lifecycle experience; DO160/DO311; flight test.
Design of metallic, composite, and injection-molded parts; rapid prototyping (SLS).
HV DC systems (800+ V) and NX large assemblies; ASME Y14.5 release.
Thermal analysis: 1D tools (Simscape, Amesim); 3D CFD (StarCCM+, Ansys).
FEA tools: NASTRAN, Hyperworks, Ansys.
Travel: 10% domestic travel.
