🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Bachelor's with 8+ years in design, GD&T, dim mgmt.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and scale standards in production.
• Strong communication to manage standards across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with production manufacturing and dimensional problem solving.
• Proven optimization of designs for 100% first-time yield.
• Direct product development experience in early-stage environments.
