Staff Mission Lead Systems Engineer - EO / IR Systems

📋 Description

• Partner with the Mission Architecture team during study efforts to develop mission concepts
• Develop and maintain mission-level system models
• Serve as ultimate technical authority for designated mission
• Lead tailoring and implementation of mission design process
• Own translation of customer objectives into technical requirements
• Serve as primary technical point of contact

🎯 Requirements

• Direct engineering experience with EO/IR and/or RF systems
• B.S. or higher in engineering
• 8+ years experience in complex system, mission architecture, or spacecraft design
• Demonstrated experience as technical lead on complex system design
• Experience with major space programs for USG, DoD, IC customers
• Experience with USG/IC acquisition programs
