📋 Description

• Lead mixed-methods research shaping product strategy across clinical workflows.
• Develop understanding of clinicians via interviews, observation, and surveys.
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities across settings and user roles.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, CS, and GTM to translate research into roadmap.
• Triangulate qualitative insights with product metrics and user data.
• Influence senior leaders with synthesis and actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of user research, staff-level or equivalent leadership.
• Healthcare research background; physician or care-team workflow experience.
• Independent design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Foundational research identifying unmet needs and strategic roadmap implications.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with quantitative data and metrics.
• Executive storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.
• High judgment on ethics, privacy in regulated environments.
