Staff ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Define roadmap for generating text, image, audio, and video content.
• Own delivery of design, specification, development, testing, and launch.
• Hybrid role based in Palo Alto HQ; in-office 3 days/wk.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to drive product.
• Establish scalable ML training, fine-tuning, testing, and ops.
• Investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative ML solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling ML systems for training, testing, and inference.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Experience with AzureML, AWS SageMaker, and Vertex AI.
• Experience deploying ML training/inference at scale.
• Ability to create modular reusable components and prototypes.
• Track record of ML innovation; publications or notable projects.
