Staff ML Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead the development and deployment of ML and generative AI solutions at scale.
• Drive innovations in personalization, pricing optimization, experiments, agentic AI, and modeling.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and stakeholders to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Influence AI strategy and mentoring across the organization.
• Measure and optimize business impact of ML via experiments and data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ML theory and successful real-world ML applications.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling production AI/ML/generative AI.
• Strong experience with modern AI tools and LLMs, including Claude, GPT, Bedrock.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of working independently, driving initiatives through ambiguity, delivering outcomes.
• Experience developing personalization, recommendations, ranking, or targeting systems.
