🎯 Requirements

Deep expertise in mobile development, especially iOS; performance, CI/CD, App Store.
Experience at Staff Engineer level; led cross-team initiatives.
Track record on large-scale native consumer (B2C) apps with multi-team ownership.
Pragmatic, impact-driven mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to influence stakeholders with clear leadership.
Familiar with Android in addition to iOS is a plus.
