Staff Mobile Engineer, Tech Lead

📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term technical vision, architecture, and infrastructure strategy for the
• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for the mobile application, covering architecture patterns
• Evaluate and champion AI-powered capabilities within mobile development, including agentic coding
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning mobile, backend, product, design, and data teams
• Establish and promote engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, architecture
• Drive improvements in application performance, reliability, and release quality through CI/CD

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years building and scaling production
• Deep, production-proven expertise in React Native, including the New Architecture, Fabric
• Strong expertise with TypeScript and scalable state management approaches such as Redux, Zustand
• Strong understanding of both iOS native development with Swift or Objective-C and Android
• Deep experience with mobile architecture patterns such as clean architecture and modular monorepos.
