Staff Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Own Harvey's motion design language across brand, launches, web, and campaigns.
• Create motion concepts, storyboards, styleframes, and final assets.
• Collaborate with Brand, PMM, and Product Design to translate positioning into motion.
• Develop reusable motion systems and templates to scale output.
• Scope work across hero moments, launches, quick edits, and brand-system investments.
• Raise motion craft and perform essential production work in a fast-moving team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing storytelling, art direction, animation, and visual systems.
• Fluency in After Effects, Figma, Cinema 4D, Lottie, and Rive.
• Experience building motion for brand/product/marketing in product-led tech or SaaS.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts visually with pacing and accessibility.
• Strong cross-functional communication; ability to prioritize multiple requests.
• Staff-level ownership mindset; thrive in ambiguity and hands-on execution.
