Staff Network Engineer (AI Fabric, Datacenter and Edge Networking) - Radian Arc

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics for distributed AI workloads (RoCE, RDMA
• Own Layer 2/3/datacenter routing, edges, security, and inter-datacenter connectivity.
• Lead architecture, deployment, validation, BOM, and production rollout.
• Automate provisioning, config management, and day-2 operations with tooling.
• Mentor engineers and establish reusable networking patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive datacenter network design/operation experience with BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN.
• Deep AI networking expertise, RoCE/RDMA, and NCCL patterns.
• Strong RoCE optimization skills (PFC/ECN, NCCL stalls, RDMA congestion).
• Experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox hardware and high-speed interconnects.
• Proficient in Python and/or Bash for automation and tooling.
• Excellent English communication and cross-team collaboration.
