🎯 Requirements

  • Network engineering: large-scale datacenter networks; BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN.
  • AI networking: GPU fabrics for distributed AI workloads; RoCE/RDMA expertise.
  • GPU communication: NCCL patterns (all-reduce, all-gather, broadcast, reduce-scatter).
  • RoCE optimization: RoCE fabrics, PFC/ECN, diagnose NCCL stalls and congestion.
  • Production infra: high-speed Ethernet, NVIDIA/Mellanox gear, high-performance interconnects.
  • Systems troubleshooting: cross-layer debugging across hardware, firmware, Linux, and apps.
