Staff Network Engineer (AI Fabric, Datacenter and Edge Networking) - Radian Arc

📋 Description

• Lead AI fabric networking for GPU workloads across datacenters and edge.
• Architect and operate RoCE/RDMA GPU fabrics, leaf-spine, WAN links, and inter-datacenter
• Own security, edge connectivity, and North-South to East-West data flows.
• Drive automation for provisioning, config, monitoring, and day-2 operations.
• Mentor engineers and set reusable networking patterns for scale.
• Collaborate with infra, SRE, compute, storage, and observability teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Network engineering in large-scale datacenters; BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN.
• AI networking with GPU fabrics, RoCE/RDMA expertise.
• NCCL communication patterns and their impact on topology.
• RoCE optimization, PFC/ECN, RDMA congestion diagnosis.
• Productions infra with NVIDIA/Mellanox hardware, high-speed Ethernet.
• Systems troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, Linux, and apps.
