Staff NOC Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor infrastructure, apps, and cloud platforms in real time
• Real-time alert triage and troubleshooting to restore services
• First responder for incidents; ensure minimal downtime
• Identify false positives and reduce alert noise
• Own high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate resolution
• Follow runbooks and SOPs; contribute to improving runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in NOC/Infra Monitoring/Cloud Ops/SOC
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field
• Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments preferred
• New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• AWS & GCP cloud monitoring
• PagerDuty or similar alerting systems; firewall knowledge
